We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Back End Developer to be involved in a huge and international project. The Back End Developer is a team member responsible for developing high quality code that is maintainable, structured, highly organized and self-documenting.
You will have the chance to work with other passionate developers, in a complex and interesting environment.
The activities will last for several years and requires full time availability, working from the same time zone as Italy and a good command of English language.
Needed skills include:
• 2+ years of experience in Java language development
• Java 8
• Microservices development
• Spring framework and related modules (Core/Batch/Integration), Spring boot
• Object-oriented principles, UML diagrams
• Junit framework and ability in write test units
• JPA/Hibernate
• Standard Web Services (SOAP); REST, RESTful
• JMS and messaging aspects
• Tools: Eclipse IDE, Sonar, Confluence, Jira, Visual Studio, Subversion, Git/GitFlow, Maven, Squirrel
• SCRUM methodology
• DevOps methodology, CI/CD
• Common design pattern; UML modelling
• Good command of English language
• Full time availability
• Working from the same time zone as Italy
Nice to have:
• Fluency in Italian
• Container engines: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EC2 Containers, Google Container Engineer
